Vitamin E Oil

Vitamin E Oil For Hair Growth

Spa concept with essential oil and Flowers Years ago vitamin E oil is something that I thought was mainly beneficial for skin but it is also great for hair.  Vitamin E is an antioxidant. Its strong antioxidant properties are helpful in destroying free radicals. Free radicals damage the hair follicles, which causes hair loss.  So by destroying these free radicles, our body allows a healthy environment to grow and replenish healthy hair that was lost.

 It’s Strength For Your Hair

Vitamin E increases blood circulation in our bodies and repairs damage to the hair follicles, this is important because it encourages healthy hair growth.  By enhancing the blood flow to our scalp, the cells on our head and scalp get more oxygen and nutrients.  This is ideal for new, strong, healthy hair growth.  Strong, healthy hair follicles, increase strong, healthy hair growth.  These added benefits increase hair growth and it reduces hair shedding.

Healing For Your Scalp

Vitamin E  helps to repair and build the tissue on our scalp and skin, that is caused by scalp and skin related issues. It also helps to reduce inflammation on the scalp caused by these very same skin and scalp conditions (including dandruff and psoriasis).  It moisturizes our scalp and protects our hair from the damage that comes from dry scalp and brittle hair.

Repair and Prevent Split Ends

Vitamin E also promotes hair growth and it repairs split ends.  This is important in order to achieve longer hair and reduce dryness and damage that cause breakage and hair loss.  It repairs many kinds of damaged hair, leaving it strong, shiny and healthy.  It also protects our hair from damage from the outside environment, including the suns rays , the winter cold, the pollution and debris in the air.

Vitamin E and Male Pattern Baldness

Vitamin E has been said to reverse male pattern baldness in men.  I am not sure if it is only said to work on men, but I put Vitamin E in my shea butter mixture, along with all the other oils with healing properties, and my hair grew back too.  For these reasons, and many others, I decided to put vitamin E in my hair growth regimen, on my hair growth journey.
